Yes!

I make no statements as to their appropriateness re: The Hobbit film adaptation. I don't really care. But if I were to run a "standard fantasy"-type campaign right now dwarves would absolutely look like this:

    If WotC's done one thing one thing right out of 4e, it's the female dwarf art they've gotten.

    Without it, my wife wouldn't have rolled up her female dwarven rogue, Fa'lon, who became the best character ever to exist in D&D.

    Period.
