Everything You Thought You Knew About Me Is a Lie

I don't normally share much about my personal life here, but considering that it means I'm going to need to update my blogger bio:

Incidentally, I'm almost exactly the same age as 2e D&D.

  1. Huzzah! Of course, now that you're out of school, we expect you to have much more time for cool gaming stuff.

  4. Congrats, pal...though I'm not sure I'd brag about the 2E thing.

  5. Congratulations on your graduation from what I can only assume is Pirate Academy.

  6. ODD --

I wish to congratulate you on this significant, momentous achievement. What else have you been keeping from us?

  7. I have to say, as a way of celebrating a graduation, nothing beats privateering on the high seas.

    Congrats Oddysey!

  9. Wait, is the subject header supposed to be a hint that you're not who you say you are? Are you actually the pirate? Or perhaps the golf cart in the background? A sentient golf cart gamer/blogger would be truly mind blowing.

  11. Thanks everyone. :) I'm really excited about the whole thing, as you can probably tell from the picture. Terrified, too, but that's part of what makes it fun.

The pirate in question is my brother. Every Friday he dresses in full pirate regalia. Otherwise he just wears the hat (one of three) and the bracers (aquired at GenCon).
